  • Oops, there I go again with those waterfalls. ✌🏼🌿
Awesome day showing @lyd_ness one of my favourite walks in the Blue Mountains, Wentworth Falls.
Every backpacker needs to visit here ✨
  • Thriving.
I am naturally optimistic and a huge huge advocate for gratitude practises, mindfulness and positive mental health. But that’s easy to do when you are in a good place.
This trip was a massive reset and reminder to take that with me on my stressful days in the real world. Balance is a constant job and more often than not I’m hanging out on either end of the extremes. So here’s my reminder to myself and others, we learn these things when we are well so we can use them when we are not. Here’s to a year of being more mindful, being Heather, having patience and approaching a full plate with kindness. ✌🏼
  • End of 5 weeks on the road.

I’m feeling especially grateful for this time away from my usual life to gain appreciation for it and excitement to return. My work, my people, my choices. 💕

This trip was full of surprises, like watching the moon rise more times than the sun rise. What a feeling to return with a full cup and excitement 🤗
  • The final waterfall from the trip, Crystal Shower Falls. I got this magical place to myself, watched a feather float from the treetops and land perfectly balanced on a vine and had to pull over to let my smokey brakes breath 500m from the bottom of a 11km steep windy drive back down the mountain. All is well that ends well 🙃
How lucky am I to go back to a job I love tomorrow? 🥰
  • I honestly can’t decide if I’m an ocean or a jungle person now.
❣️Taking destination recommendations of place the give you both in one ☀️
